Enhancing the doc generation script to update the node-scraper -h part of the README automaticallyl.
Usage:

python generate_plugin_doc_bundle.py \
  --package /home/alexbara/node-scraper/nodescraper/plugins/inband \
  --output PLUGIN_DOC.md
  --update-readme-help
